We will offer you structure, accountability and your program will be modified every 12 weeks and adapted to your increasing fitness. We can design a home based program or gym dependent on what you have at your disposal. No excuses anymore!!!

12 week calendar of physical activity with 3  sessions per week to be fitted into the your personal routine.

Trainer can be consulted on rest and recovery and integration of sessions.

Motivation and accountability through the Quinfitness app where all sessions can be tracked and monitored.

Videos of all exercises for correct technique, workout print outs and tracking for body stats/photos/exercise to gauge progress.
